On occasions, you may receive a price list from your supplier on a regular basis; other times it may be a one-off occurrence. If it is in the region of 5,000 posts you might feel a bit overwhelmed at the thought of moving it to the invoicing program. The same thing would apply if you had an old address register with your customers.
