Fix of a minor bug. The VAT label was not correctly changed on the invoice when used in some countries.

This version fixes a problem with currency and date settings in Windows 7.
Windows 7 has a different internal handling of currency and date settings (bug?). This program version has a small redesign to handle that.

This version is a redesign of version 5.6.
The redesign implies a new structure that facilitates further development of the programme. This redesign also means that this version not is compatible with earlier versions. Please see "Transfer programme" on the menu for details.
